Although there is no Nobel Prize for Mathematics, the Fields Medal is considered to share the same intellectual standing and is the equivalent award in the field of Mathematics.

"However, the Fields medal was established on different principles. Unlike the Nobel Prize, which is mostly awarded to mature scientists, the Fields medal is awarded to young scientists, less than 40 years old. Besides, this prize is awarded only every four years, at the International Mathematical Congress."
