Library Information and Help for Online Graduate Students

Welcome! The Kreitzberg Library has a wide variety of information resources and services that will support your coursework regardless of where you are located. Please do not hesitate to consult a librarian for any library or information related question.

Databases

To access the online databases, log into CLiC with your username and original password sent to you through e-mail and regular mail by Norwich Computer Services, then click "Library databases from off-campus" on the left under the Norwich Resources section. If you have problems using your CLIC account please contact the Computer Services Helpdesk by phone: (802)485-2456, toll free 1-866-248-3853,(M-F, between 7AM and 5PM EST), or e-mail: helpdesk@norwich.edu.

A subject list and description of recommended databases that will support your studies has been provided with your course materials as well as on this website. Please refer to these lists to identify the best database to use.

Online tutorials on the use of each of the databases are currently not available; however, most of the databases are intuitive to use and all have help buttons on how to use and search in the respective database. If you have any questions on the use of the databases, you can always call or e-mail a librarian for assistance.
